ORDER PROCESS
Can I get items personalized with names?
  Yes.  Personalization is an additional $7 per item. There is a set-up fee of $10.  We do personalization in either a block or script font.  It is best to provide us with a written list of what items will need what names.
What if I can't find an item on your website?
  There are more items available for embroidery than we could possibly offer on our website.  If you are looking for something specific that you do not see on our site, contact us and we will see if we can source it.  The more information you have about a product, the better chance we have of being able to find it.
What is the order process?
  The order process is very simple.  First select the items you want embroidered.  Place that order with us either online or by calling us.  Then send us your order using our Send Logo form or by emailing it to customerservice@threadlogic.com.  We will match it up with your order.  That's it.  We couldn't make it any easier.
What is the turnaround time?
  We are shipping orders in 10 business days.  Shipping times will vary based on where we are shipping to.  Rush service is available.  See the Rush Service information in the Help/FAQ section for more information.
Will you embroider items that I send to you?
  We only embroider on items purchased from us. We do this for a variety of reasons.  One of the most important is the fact that, on occasion, the embroidery machines will destroy a piece.  If that happens to a piece purchased from us, we can easily replace it.  If that happens to something a customer sends to us, we cannot replace it.  In addition, not every piece of clothing is constructed and made to be embroidered.
